I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, being just a stone's throw away from the ski lifts. It made getting on the slopes quick and convenient, allowing me to maximize my time on the slopes. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I could ask for, including ironing facilities and a cozy sitting area. The terrace provided breathtaking views of the surroundings, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. The staff here were exceptional, providing top-notch service and always going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day of skiing. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were a godsend for relaxation, and the game room and children's play area kept everyone entertained. This place truly exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

The food was very enjoyable and the spa area was quite relaxing. Plus, the hotel had comfortable beds and the rooms were large enough to move around in.
The hotel was located on a very steep hill, which was difficult to navigate and could be slippery in winter. the lack of parking spaces made it difficult to park nearby.

We had an amazing stay with great service, excellent food, and comfortable and clean rooms. This hotel is located very close to the ski area and only a short distance from the centre of this city. The facilities were fantastic, including a spa and good Wi-Fi. The staff were very kind to offer us dinner even though we arrived late in the evening.
Can't fault anything about it.

The location is great - not far from the center, very close to the ski area and down to the gondola. the room is spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. the service is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really delicious, with a wide choice of food. the spa is also nice, with great facilities to relax after skiing.
Some of the facilities are outdated and need to be improved.

Enjoyed the food and the spa facilities. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lifts and local supermarket. Also great to have a private parking area for our car.
The beds were uncomfortable and the heating in the rooms was inadequate. It was also disappointing to find the sauna turned off early in the evening.
